dirty kids pool unclean toilets
the hotel was large, a feature i found acceptable.
the kids pool was not clean. i saw dirty tissue with poop on the floor in toilets. i cannot say i would be returning in the future.

spacious room clean room pint glass parking facility
the rooms were spacious and very clean! the all-inclusive drinks included beer served in pint glasses, a lovely touch. i really enjoyed the great selection of continental and cooked breakfast. parking facilities were also good, a big plus.
the a/c wasn't overly powerful.

the receptionist was amazing and very helpful. staff were very attentive and professional. the staff provided cava and sweets for a birthday. the breakfast service was prompt and efficient.

the hotel's location is close to shops. it is away from the main strip but still close enough to walk to. the views from the hotel are beautiful. the hotel provides great access to local amenities!!!

dirty pool area rude staff
the location was decent everything was a walkable distance i suppose
i found the pool area pretty dirty as the day progressed there was so much rubbish around the pool i hardly saw anyone cleaning cups and food plates by 5pm it was everywhere also pool bar staff were generally rude the pool bar food was terrible too hygiene is questionable

the housekeeping was great, very friendly. they seemed happy to help. food was great too. i thought there was plenty of choice.
the room door didnt lock properly. the tv kept changing channel. it advertised things every minute, more or less.
